Contract Highlights
 Contract term: Five years (three years with two oneyear renewal options)
 Districts must sign a Participating Addendum to the
state contract (between LEA and state)
 All costs outlined in the SIS contracts expected to
remain static for the life of the contract
 Data conversion, implementation and training costs
are responsibility of the district
 Districts must sign a Statement of Work with vendor
