





Strengths-building requires a focus on the following:
1.Becoming consciously competent.
2.Consistent, near perfect performance.
3.Making more appropriate decisions.
4.Achieving refinement.
5.Polishing your personality for a purpose.
 Your signature themes are your filter or lens.
 You react to the world through these themes.
 Signature themes will not change much but you can acquire new
knowledge and skills.

 The Gallup study indicates that people who focus on
their strengths every day are six times as likely to be
engaged in their jobs and more than three times as
likely to report having an excellent quality of life.
