Open Registration happens if we not only open the AYSO
toolbox but also use the tools.
Balanced Teams comes when the RC delegates to everyone on
the Regional Board rather than doing it all.
Positive Coaching is achieved when the RC is a leader and
empowers others
Good Sportsmanship happens when the RC and the Regional
Board are respectful of one another
Player Development is accomplished when the RC develops
each Regional Board Member into a leader
