How it works…
Step One
You begin by filling out a questionnaire about your diet and lifestyle
and fill in a meal diary.
Home Page
You have your own customized home page that includes your
navigation through the program, your in-box from your dietitian, an
interactive goals tracker, results from your assessment, motivational
tip of the week, and your vision that you create during week one.
Mini Diet Makeover Assessment
Step 2
Our dietitians work with you to identify the areas that are out of
balance. Your dietitian provides a diet makeover, and an action plan.
Below is an example of a partial assessment.
Online Workbook
Step Three
You receive our online workbook broken into 8 sessions where you can
go at their own pace:
Workbook includes:
• meal planning,
• healthy food choices,
• metabolism,
• food cravings,
• exercise,
• grocery shopping,
• stress eating, and more!
E-Coaching Sessions
Step Four
The most unique and best part of our program is you get to meet with your
dietitian with 8 e-coaching sessions in a private, supportive environment to
discuss your wins and challenges. This provides regular coaching to work
together on strategies so you can meet your goals. Below is a partial
example.
E-Coaching Sessions
Along with your progress report you also have the option (this part is
optional but highly recommended) to submit food records for review during
your e-coaching sessions.
Lifetime Membership
Once your are a member of the Balance Program you can continue to review
your sessions and use all our tools for a lifetime providing long term
support.

Long Term Support

setbacks. We understand these times can be tough and we are here for you.
Our Network
We have a network of 39 Registered Dietitians. You can pick who you want
to work with by going to the About Us page. You work with one dietitian for
the entire program to build a relationship and provide continuity of care.

How to Join
Step One
Go to https://www.reallivingnutrition.com/RegisteredDietitians.aspx and find the dietitian you want to work with. Hit the
“start today” button on their webpage.
Step Two
Begin the registration process. If you are participating in your company’s employee wellness program
you will see a drop down menu where you can choose the company and then proceed. Otherwise
skip this section and go straight to the bottom of the page.
