Current Assignments
 We have successfully completed an assignment for 360 degrees
feedback and assessment for Johnson Controls (India) Pvt Ltd
(CoEE). The assignment was aimed at ascertaining whether the
leaders were following the pre-set Organizational values.
 Feedback was designed, executed and compiled for over 600
responses for 50 leaders.
 We have conducted Salary Survey and help benchmark salary
for NMHG, India for their engineering services unit.
 We have been associated with Johnson Controls – Facility
Management arm for designing and assessing employee
engagement for over 1500 employees.

 Sandeep Kulkarni - He is a Mechanical Engineer from COEP, MTech from IIT,
Kanpur and Management Graduate from IIM, Calcutta. He has facilitated many

 Agyatmitra - He has been facilitating many corporate learning programs for past ten
plus years. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Durgapur.
