Keep portfolio of ALL activities for PD –
CEUs, EOAs, coursework




CEU certificates available from administrator
Ask if they don’t give them to you!
Ask for CEUs if they are not provided
Take a blank one with you to have signed by
provider




Written and submitted to LPDC after you
receive new license
IPDP from previous district submitted to GCS
LPDC soon after start of school year
Approved IPDP must be on file with LPDC for
work to count toward renewal (as per ODE)
