Please use the “Audio Setup Wizard” (from the
“Meeting” drop-down menu) to set up your
microphone and speakers.
After completing the “Audio Setup Wizard”,
please choose “Connect My Audio” option by
clicking on the arrow to the right of the
microphone icon.
(Please note that Steps 2 and 3 cannot be
completed until the host has enabled
microphone privileges for all participants.)
Click on the “Allow” button when the
Adobe Flash Player Settings window
appears.






At this point, you should be hearing the
voice of the presenter through your
speakers or headphones.
Today’s presenter:
Tip: if you hear no audio, check your
microphone headset for an on/off switch,
mute button or volume adjustments
If you cannot hear the moderator, please
type “I cannot hear you” into the text chat
window.
If you can hear the presenter, please click
on the “Set Status” drop-down menu and
click on the “Agree” option.
