Student Interface
Speaking in class
• Once the teacher will begin the class, a
message will appear on your screen:
• After clicking the YES button, Audio in class
will be started.
Controlling the Microphone
• After approving audio communication in class,
a message will appear:
• Unmute your Microphone, and you’ll be heard
in class
Controlling the Microphone
• A volume bar will appear on your screen:
• Keep it open at all time to be heard.
• Once closing the volume bar your
microphone will stop transmitting.
• For reopening the volume bar:

• To control the microphone while in class, use
the Mute button after
Choosing your name:
Speaking in class
• At any time, while the Mic. Is unmuted ,you
can be heard in class. Never the less, please
use the Raise Hand button to ask the teacher
for permission to speak:

Chat Window
• In class, you can chat with your teacher or a
fellow student, using the chat window.
• Type your message.
• Choose a recipient.
• Click the send button.
Using The Video
• To start your camera, open the video tab and
choose “send video”

• The video window will show up to 4 users.
• You can choose to Undock the video window:

• While undocked, you can see only one video
feed, of your choice:
Recorded Lessons
• A link to the recording of every lesson will be
sent to you via email.
Homework and extras
Accessing the class
• An invitation for the class will be sent to you
via email before every class.
• To enter class without an invitation email, go
to http://eteacher.webex.com
