Tuesday evening we will have Vespers and
Tamgeed (Glorification) with celebration of the
new Coptic year (ElNayrouz Feast).
 It will be from 7:00- 9:00p.m
 Today we will pass the dates for the
congregation and Sunday school.

Sunday school store for kids rewards will be
today during Sunday school time…
 Every class will go according to the
schedule…Caroline Soliman is arranging the
store…see her for any questions.

BIBLE STUDY MEETINGS

The final Exam for St. Mark festival (Bible &
Coptic) for all the Grades will be today during
Sunday school…kids who scored 90 and up last
time will be taking this exam.
Servants meeting from 1:15 -2:15p.m (New
service arrangement)
 Next Sunday…we will give the new service lists
to the servants and first new year service class
will be Friday September20th (high school) and
Sunday September 22nd (the rest of the
classes).
 With God’s grace , there will be a weekly
meeting to the Sunday school kids with Abouna
from 12:40p.m -1:00p.m (according to the
specific schedule).

2013 – 2014 PRE-SERVANT’S PROGRAM
The new classes will start Sunday, October 6th
12:00pm – 1:30pm and will be held in the Cry Room.
You must be in 9th grade and up to attend the classes.
“to love the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, to
keep His commandments, to hold fast to Him, and to
serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul”,

SUNDAY SCHOOL ENROLLMENT
With God’s grace we will start updating our
church data base and we will start by the
Sunday school.
 Also same process will be going for the whole
congregation…we will get a new software and
ID card for our church members so we can
better arrange our service and follow up with
the absentees.
 A primary cost for all the equipment is $2000.
 Please help improving our service and reaching
easily to everyone.

YOUTH TRIP
The High school, College & Graduate group will
be taking a trip to the Abbey(males) & the
Convent(females). This is strictly a youth trip.
 October 11th-13th. We will be leaving church
Friday at 4pm. Stopping at the Riverwalk on the
way back.
 $85, deadline for registration is September
21st. We are renting a bus, so space is limited!

Our deep condolences to Hany Gergawy &
Mary…Hany’s Mom reposed in the Lord last
Thursday in Egypt…may God repose her soul in
the Paradise of Joy.

Laura's baby shower (Laura & Mina Wahba) will
be today (September 8th.) here at the church
after the Arabic sermon.(from 12:45)
