The goal of the Mentor and Leadership Training is to cultivate a
campus-wide community of mentors, develop practical mentoring
skills, and empower students to become better leaders and
mentors on campus and throughout the community.
• Quarterly Trainings held throughout Western Washington
• Campus wide
• Facilitated by AmeriCorps Members
• Includes Peer-to-Peer and Peer-to-Youth Mentoring programs

Safe and fun environment where attendees will understand:

assumptions that they make when working with others

