Commitment
Principals’ Staff Committee (State Secretaries and EPA Regional Administrator) approved the Decision Framework or “Chesapeake
Stat
” process in May 2011 with the goal of improving support for decision-making to achieve the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP) goals.
Process involves setting specific, time-bound objectives, identifying responsible parties, regular review and adaptive actions, and transparently reporting progress.
