Machining Overview
All products that we use in our everyday life have been
machined in one way or another. Our modern
civilization depends on machining technologies.
Machine tools range from simple hand operated
machines to Computer Narrated Control (CNC)
machines. Machining make it capable to produce
precision parts in mass production at a low cost.
Having high productivity from machines allows for
higher wages for workers. This is why countries like
America have such a good economy and high
standards of living.
