We are designing a mountain bike for
the purpose of hucking, which is the

Head tube
Will be made on a CNC lathe, and out of aluminum round stock.
Bottom Bracket
Is going to be constructed on a CNC Milling Machine, and out of
aluminum round stock.
Rear Axel Mounts and Derailleur Hanger
Are made on a CNC Milling Machine, out of aluminum stock.
Shox Mounts
Made from aluminum stock, and made on a Wire EDM Machine.
Tubes
All tubes will be sculpted on a CNC Machine, and hand welded together
with a TIG Welder. Tubing will be 7005 series aluminum.
