Your enrollment in a course is not official until you receive an e-mail from Learning Services confirming the course has been booked.
POLICIES:
- Training cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster) will result in a full class credit, which must be used within 3 months of the date
of the original class.
- Ericsson reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a training class at any time. In the event a Training class is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
- Ericsson product training is available only to employees of Ericsson’s direct customers. It is not available to contractors of Ericsson’s direct customers. By submitting this registration form, you certify and
represent to Ericsson that you are an employee of Ericsson’s direct customer for which the training is intended.
