To reach Site Material Supply’s Wanted Position 2015 we have identified “A high performing culture” as one of six strategic focus areas to work with. Today we are a fairly new organization, located at two different locations, that don’t use our competence and skills in the most efficient way.

We believe it is of highest importance to have a culture that enable us to take initiative, be innovative and take responsibility .

Purpose and Objective

The target for the Site organization is to be recognized as an attractive place to work! The strategy team will develop prerequisite for an attractive place to work and will also take responsibilty for how to implement the platform.

Purpose is to continuously work with ”A high performing culture” to ”keep it alive” in the organization.

Benefits

We will develop our organization by growing together, by sharing experiences and knowledge etc.

We will have a positive effect that make us well prepared for possibilities and new challenges.
