Monthly timesheet
Turn Your Timesheets into Paysheets

Paper timesheets due to your supervisor on the last
day you work for the month. Sign them in ink.
Lock your automated timesheet at the end of your last
shift of the month. Let your supervisor know if you
have requests for adjustments that they need to
address.

6 hours or more requires at least 30 minutes
UNPAID meal period. Clock out for this.

fifteen minute paid breaks – don’t record these on
time sheet
 At least 30 minute UNPAID meal period taken BEFORE
you hit the 6 hour mark
 Cannot add break to lunch or at end of day.
PAYDAY!!
Usually on the 15th of the month
 $9.25 per hour
 FICA taxes are withheld 
 Summer housing if full-time (taxed)


Click on Payroll and Compensation.
Click on View Paycheck.
Click on the check you want to view.
