Canada and wants to be the financial services provider of choice for New
Canadians.
• RBC actively markets and responds to the needs of cultural markets, and key
areas of focus include Koreans, Chinese, South Asians and Black
communities.
• RBC re-launched its “Welcome to Canada” Newcomer to Canada internet
portal: http://www.rbc.com/canada/index.html. The portal offers additional
products, services and advice to individuals who are immigrating to Canada
or have been in Canada less than 3 years.
Language Capability
• RBC will continue to offer clients the opportunity to conduct business by
phone in one of 150 languages.
• Top 10 languages staff speak include: English, French, Italian, Cantonese,
Mandarin, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, Urdu.

Internship: An Internship provides real world experience to those looking to
explore or gain the relevant knowledge and skills required to
enter into a particular career field.
RBC offers paid internships to internationally educated professionals
through the Career Bridge Program:
