▪ February 17-April 17
• 7,480 Special Enrollments opened by an account worker
• Approximately 4,000 customers have enrolled
▪ Open for consumers who experienced:
• system delays
• technical defects in Healthplanfinder
• misunderstandings regarding penalties for not having
insurance
• unclear instructions regarding the necessary steps for 2015
enrollment
▪ Individuals may request the SEP by calling the call center
1095-A Forms
▪ 137,000 forms have now been
distributed
▪ Consumers may still request
corrections online, check status,
receive email updates
▪ Calls to the call center regarding the
form have decreased slightly over the
past month
▪ Approximately 1,400 correction
requests have been received
