How Odyssey communicates with Goldmine.

a bridge that

between Odyssey and
Goldmine using SQL.
We can also connect to
some custom apps
Real time Agent Statistics Report is available with the click
of a mouse at any given time in addition to the printed
reports.
Additional parameters…
•“Fund Raiser” creates a new field called pledge amount for tracking
•“Record Level Call History” stores last 6 attempts for each record including call
result code, Agent, Date and time of call and Memo.
•“Allow Duplicates” are for political campaigns etc.

managed in screen below.

All data is stored in a open database. What is not already
reported on could be assessed in custom reports using
industry standard reporting tools.
Hourly Productivity Report shows successful calls
graphically and assists in determining the best times for
dialing during the day.
