SOME ADVICE FROM YOUR ELDERS…
“Ask if you need help and don't put the project off
to the last day…”
“use the resources on [Ms. Lanich’s] website, they're
very useful.”
“do not be afraid to ask questions.”
“take advantage of the ability to email [Mr. Kern] at
any time with any questions.”
“Try your best (may seem hard, but you will get
used to it and will enjoy the cycle of a Research
Paper)”
“Really research your topic and find really good
websites/sources. Pick a topic you are really interested in,
not an easy one.”
“I would tell them to use their time wisely in class
NEVER EVER EVER EVER PROCRASTINATE. If Ms.
Lanich recommends working on your assignment over the
weekend, you better do it! It makes your life sooooo
much easier.”
“To keep an open mind because the class is nowhere near
as horrible as it sounds. I thought i would hate it but
don't at all.”

CHOSE THE TOPIC
Topic: Cell Phones, Driving, and the law.
Source: Erie Times News
I am really excited to get my license in
two years, and there are many laws
about cell phone usage. I want to explore
what the research says and come to my
own view. By doing this research, I will
be able to be educated when I get behind
the wheel.
