Gold Abutmentfor bridge
Gold abutment for bridge
Concept
Intended use
 Screw-retained bridges
 Screw-retained customized bars
Component materials
 Gold Abutment (non-oxidizing Gold)
 Basal Screw (TAN)*
 Modeling Aid (Polymer)
Benefits
 High flexibility – (Non-engaging)
 Easy to find insertion path of bridge
on divergent implants ( up to 30°)
 Excellent contouring of emergence profile
 One-screw solution
*TAN is one type of titanium alloy material

Step 3 – Wax modeling
 Wax-up shape according to anatomical situation
 Make sure the wax layer on the abutment is at least 0.7 mm
 Do not cover the margin of the abutments with wax
Always attach the Gold abutment to the polishing aid when working
outside the model to protect the conical design of the connection
