Step 1 – Master cast and diagnostic wax-up
Cast master model with gingival mask
Make a diagnostic wax-up

Hand-tighten the gold abutments for bridge with the SCS
screwdriver on the model
Shorten the modeling aids

Step 3 – Wax modeling
Wax-up shape according to anatomical situation
Make sure the wax layer on the abutment is at least 0.7 mm
Do not cover the margin of the abutments with wax
Always attach the Gold abutment to the polishing aid when working
outside the model to protect the conical design of the connection

Step 4 – Investment
Wax framework must be tension free before investing
Sprue and clean the abutment prior to investment
(no wetting agents)
Invest the bridge framework (no speed investment materials)

Fix the polishing aids with wax for better fixation and
protection of the pre-polished part

pickling acid or a glass fiber brush
Sandblast with 50 micron beads (2 Bars max.)
