Group Aquatic Programs
WARM WATER POOL:
Participants must sign in at
the Reception Desk.
Aquafitness and Tone: Uses water’s built-in
resistance, along with aqua dumbbells and
noodles to strengthen and tone all major muscle
groups.
Arthritis Movements:– Strengthen muscles,
improve flexibility and boost your mood and self
confidence. This class empowers people with
Arthritis through aqua exercises that will increase
mobility, reduce pain, stiffness, and physician
visits.
Aqua Yoga & Stretch: Exercise program that
incorporates fluid body movements and exercises
that will improve overall flexibility, balance and
relaxation.
Aqua Tai Chi: A low-impact, gentle way to
perform the beginner level (8 forms) of Tai Chi.
Same health benefits as traditional Tai Chi on
land with less stress on the joints.
Aqua Zumba® “pool party”: Aqua Zumba gives
new meaning to the idea of an invigorating
workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even
shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are
often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Aqua
Zumba blends it all together into a safe,
challenging, water-based workout that’s cardioconditioning, body-toning, and most of all,
exhilarating beyond belief.
LAP POOL:
Extreme H20: A sequence of structured flowing
movements designed to work all major muscle
groups, elevate the heart rate and burn calories.
Get Moving With a Splash: Make waves to fun
music and jazz up your fitness. Thirty minutes of
aerobics, then strength training, ending with a
cool down.
H-2-Oldies: A lively, invigorating water workout
for fitness enthusiasts of all ages. Improve your:
balance, cardiovascular, strength and endurance
training. You'll sweat, sing and shout, to the oldies
music.
Muscle Works: Use water resistance to
strengthen, tone and sculpt the major muscle
groups.
