Watkins approached Joe about: • Surveying businesses about experience with TC permitting, regulations, ease of use • Researching factors leading to successful rural counties in NC 10/9/2013 6 Targeted completion date question To us from Mr. Artie Wilson: TC Manager • Thanks to you and the members of the Independent Economic Development Task Force for all the time you have spent so far on addressing the issue of economic development in our community. I have been asked if you and the Task force have discussed a tentative date of when you will have a full report to the Board of Commissioners.
