CCC purchased our Docutek system in 2003.
Unused for a full year
Accepted Docutek offer of trial hosting during
summer 2004.
Renegotiated system went live in Fall 2004
Still working out the technology for the
implementation of the fax module.
No coordinated listing in our OPAC

Course sites are created by the system
manager, e-reserve librarian on each campus
or by the faculty member.
Sites can be full course reading lists or
repositories for scanned reading materials
only.
Course sites can include any type of content
including: PDF’s, links, MS Word documents,
PowerPoint presentations, pictures, movies,
etc.

Interface on the library homepage
Students can search by course
name/number, instructor or department
Instructors also have the ability to use the
durable course site link in their Blackboard
courses or on their websites.
Instructors are provided with access
instructions for students.
