 CCC purchased our Docutek system in 2003.
 Unused for a full year
 Accepted Docutek offer of trial hosting during
summer 2004.
 Renegotiated system went live in Fall 2004
 Still working out the technology for the
implementation of the fax module.
 No coordinated listing in our OPAC

 Course sites are created by the system
manager, e-reserve librarian on each campus
or by the faculty member.
 Sites can be full course reading lists or
repositories for scanned reading materials
only.
 Course sites can include any type of content
including: PDF’s, links, MS Word documents,
PowerPoint presentations, pictures, movies,
etc.

 Interface on the library homepage
 Students can search by course
name/number, instructor or department
 Instructors also have the ability to use the
durable course site link in their Blackboard
courses or on their websites.
 Instructors are provided with access
instructions for students.

we will manage the sites for them
 Instructor involvement depends upon the way
that they use the course.
 Instructors can password course sites,
folders, documents or date limit access
