Housing Agreement Reminder

Students missing the Agreement will receive notification within the
next 2 weeks
Housing Check-In Reminders
• Students should verify that the information on their Room Condition Report is correct.
• Students will have Residence Hall floor meetings this week.
• Each student should receive a packet of information in their room or at check-in.
• Packets will include important upcoming events and dates.
• Copy of the Tiger Lore.
• Various information from clubs, groups, and departments at Pacific
• Cable in the Residence Halls requires TVs to be digitally ready. If not digitally ready, students
need a Qam digital converter.
• Refer to your blue handout in your Residence Hall room with cable TV information.
Check-In/Out Housing Information
• Residence Halls Close for Winter Break
• Check-Out 24 hours after last final for December 15th at 9:00 AM, whichever comes first
Housing and Meal Plan Requests
Students Living at Home
• Living at Home paperwork should be
submitted immediately
• A copy of utility bill must be included
with paperwork
Room Changes and Roommate
Requests
• Room Change forms are available in the
Housing & Greek Life Office
• Roommate Requests must be mutual
• Room Changes will be done through
August 1st
• Room Freeze (No Room Changes,
Request can still be submitted): August
1st – September 7th
Meal Plan Changes
• Must Request meal plan change by
today, August 22nd for Fall 2012
semester
• Students can only decrease meal
plans before the start of a
semester
• 300 dining points rollover from Fall
to Spring semester, expires after
Spring semester.
Student Accounts Payment Dates

Payment for Fall 2012 due August 1st
$200.00 Housing Reservation Deposit applied as payment for Fall 2012
Registration and Financial Clearance
• Students must be Financial Cleared to be in on-campus Housing
• Students must be registered full-time to live on-campus
• 12-18 units for Freshmen
• September 7th is the deadline
Parking Information
• Students are assigned a permit based on their building location
• “N” and “B” permits are $100.00 for the year
• “C” permits are $25.00 for Lot 1 only (near Alex G. Spanos Center)
