My Diary
Friday, September 23, 2011 Cool
Today my mom gave me a small notebook.
She said I needed to keep a food diary every day. This is because I gained
a lot of weight. I never liked eating vegetables or fruits. Instead, I ate a lot
of potato chips, candy, hamburgers and French fries. As a result, I gained
five kilograms in two months. My mom told me that gaining weight was
not good for my health. From now on, I have to write down everything I
eat during the day. I know writing down everything I eat can be difficult.
But I’ll try to keep a food diary every day until I lose weight! Also, I’ll try to
eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. I still like hamburgers very
much, but I’ll try not to eat them. And I will skip rope for 30 minutes after
school. I want to be a healthy kid!

My Diary
Friday, July 29, 2011 Sunny
The weather was so perfect today! So my mom took me to the park with
my brother. We went on the swings and I went higher than Jun. Whee~
After 20 minutes, I got off the swings and ran to the slides.
But suddenly I felt very dizzy and sick. I fell on the floor and scratched my
knee. My mom took us home after that. She told me I nearly fainted. The
next time I feel dizzy, I’m going to remember emergency first aid! I will lie
down and raise my feet. This will stop me from falling over. I can’t wait to
go to the park again. I will go on the slides 50 times!
