• The goals of the LMS initiative are to:
– Enable the use of an efficient and cost effective system to manage
the learning needs within Kerry Americas
– Ensure quick access to online, self-paced programs that are
appropriate for the role
– Provide one system to place information on courses and programs
– Provide reporting for management needs and to assist with
forecasting development needs
