
Topics include how to locate buyers and sellers, how to
analyze deals and how to wholesale them

You do NOT need funding or credit to wholesale – you
just need the techniques – options, special agreements of
sale, master leases, short term owner financing etc. that
allow for NMD and No Credit financing

We will teach you all of the above and give you the
forms to implement them
