• Halal WG membership proposed:
– Convenor : KAN
– Co-convenor : Ateeq-ur Rehman Memon – PNAC
– Members : Standard Malaysia; EMA; JAB; IIOC
• Liason to IFOAM for Organic : IOAS
• Liason to SMIIC for Halal : PNAC
Conclusion
• Draft of ToR and objective will be prepared by
WGs convenor with reference to other WG
ToR. Draft of ToR and objective will be
circulated to the WG members for comments.
• Each WG (Organic and Halal) will conduct
survey to PAC members on the scheme they
have for Organic and Halal.
• WG agreed on Project Plan proposed.
• Next meeting will be in Colombo-Sri Lanka in
2015.
