Student Portal Access
1. Log on to the Student Portal of Miami Dade County Public Schools.
2. The first time you access the Student Portal you will need to register by clicking here:
3. Enter the student ID # for username then his/her date of birth for password. The
initial password is your two digit birth month, four digit birth year followed by the
letters pw (eg: mmyyyypw).
Close this screen and re open the student portal
Click on Reset Password
Enter your student ID Number
Enter the initial password (two digit birth month, four digit birth year followed by
the letters pw (eg: mmyyyypw))
Select and answer 3 personal questions.
Click on “pick a new password”.
Enter your new password twice.
Voilà!!!
The next time you log on to the student portal, your log in information will
be:
username: your student ID
password: the new password you just picked
On your student portal you have direct access to your schedule,
grades, text books on line, and to all the Miami-DCPS resources.
