meeting and have questions ready

 Review packet in detail
 Be positive and upbeat about future relationship
 Inform contractor of future trainings
 Identify and discuss specific needs of contractor
 Custom fit of graduate to contractor
 On-going communication
Post Meeting
 Thank the contractor for their time
 Follow up correspondence
 Update contractor database
 Personal touch – remember the little things!
Job Placement
 Communicate simultaneously with contractors and

Place graduates as soon as possible after training is
completed
Email / call contractors with potential candidates
