Moral Reasoning Group Guidelines
 1. Never put down or threaten anyone.
 2. Listen to what others have to say.
 3. If you criticize another group member, give that person a
chance to answer.
 4. Stay on the subject when you disagree.
 5.Never talk to anyone outside the group about what is said
in the group.
Skillstreaming (Social Skills)
 Social Skills are the skills we use when we deal with
other people.
 Good social skills help us get what we want:
maximizing the positive response and minimizing the
negative response from other people.
Dealing with Someone Else’s Anger-Definition
A way to learn how to identify
when another person is angry
and to react to that person by expressing your
thoughts, feelings, attitudes and beliefs, without
hurting yourself or others
Dealing with Someone Else’s Anger
 1. Listen to the person who is angry.
 2. Try to understand what the angry person is saying
and feeling.
 3. Decide if you can say or do something to deal with
the situation.
 4. If you can, deal with the person’s anger.
