– Responsible for the establishment, improvement, operation, maintenance,
security and programming of the Detroit RiverWalk and green spaces along
the river
– Responsible to a diverse 44-member board and committee structure
manages conservancy
– President & CEO along with dedicated to staff run the day-to-day
operations

– East Riverfront fundraising goal: $140 million
– Kresge Challenge Grants
• $50 million in grants, awarded based on completion of key milestones and securing financial
commitments
