If arrest rises to a level that
warrants district disciplinary
action, OPS will schedule a district
level Conference-for-the-Record
(CFR)
If arrest does not warrant district
disciplinary action, site administrator
may effect closure as directed by OPS
to:
Schedule a meeting to review report

Conduct a CFR and implement post
conference measures, as necessary.
