Colin Gray - Managing Director
Responsible for the strategic direction of the company, Colin sets the culture of
our business. He ensures that the services provided by DDC OS and the manner
in which they are delivered, keep in step with client needs and surpass their
expectations. Colin leads by example, seeing the company from all perspectives
and is accountable to every stakeholder in the business. He has been in senior
management since the mid 1990s acquiring skills in key areas including general
management, finance, client management, and operations.
John Callachan - Solutions Director
Working in the BPO sector since 1995, John has significant experience in leading
projects and delivering robust solutions to a wide array of clients in numerous
industry sectors. John manages a multi-sector portfolio and has a proven track
record of bespoke process design, particularly within the response handling and
datacapture arena.
Simon Keeler - Operations Director
Simon brings a breadth of experience to DDC OS with over 20 years’ in BPO and
Operations Management, in both Blue Chip companies and SMEs across many
different sectors. Simon is responsible for the operational side of the business
including Digital Mailroom, Customer Contact and Acquisition, and IT.

Dexter was founded as a MBO of a previous company in January 2012 and is run
from the University of Manchester campus and from Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Dexter’s forensic technology allows investigators to work rapidly with data from
diverse devices. It creates indices of all available data and relates common
entities such as people’s names, telephone numbers etc., to rapidly resolve
conspiracy crime.
