Help! I Forgot My Password for ADP Self Service!
•
If you attempt to log in or change your password numerous times unsuccessfully, your account will be locked out.
Verify that you are using the correct User ID when you are attempting to log in to ADP Self Service. Using the
incorrect User ID will prevent you from seeing the correct security questions on the password reset screen and
you could potentially result in the correct user being locked out.
•
Follow the instructions in this document before locking yourself out of Self Service. It takes approximately 3 failed
attempts to lock out your account. You can choose to wait 24 hours and try to reset your password or follow the
instructions in the Help! I’m Locked Out of ADP Self Service document located on the HR Wiki page.
1. Go to the ADP Self Service log-on screen. Select Forgot your Password. Enter your User ID into
the pop-up box.
2. Enter your User ID and click Submit. Please remember that all UserIDs end in @DriveTimeP.
3. You will need to correctly answer your birth date and month, your city or town of birth, and one of the two security
questions that you established when you registered for Self Service. Your responses need to match exactly the way
you set them up. Once you have entered the information click Submit.
5. You will be routed to a page where you can review your security information. Note the answers to your security
questions and make any changes needed. You need this information to reset your password – memorize
your answers and the format (capital letters, spaces, etc). Print and keep in a secure place if necessary.
Click Save to confirm your changes. You can now log in from the ADP Self Service log-in portal.
