Technology Improvements
Implemented video conferencing allowing staff to join
meetings virtually thereby decreasing their time out of the
office and mileage costs.
Over 17,688 people viewed online orientations last
program year.
Implemented a system to allow SYEP staff to digitally
capture supportive documents resulting in a more efficient
orientation process and the flexibility to serve youth at any
location.
Implemented new servers at each center for faster file
access time.
Rebranded our public facing website to reflect the unified
brand set forth by the State.
