MAINTENANCE - COMMON AREAS
Trabuewoods Blvd. & Tenagra Way Entrances
• CULVERTS- City of Columbus vs HOA – requested on-site assessment w/ Beth
West Side: clean-up needed – in discussion with supervisor regarding whose
responsibility it is to clean and maintain this culvert.
East Side: Land erosion. Started calling and emailing last year. Manager has
assured me that the culverts will be assessed & provided me with supervisor
info; awaiting call back to schedule a time to meet at culverts.
• YEARLY MAINTENANCE - Simplicity Landscaping
Lawn mowing x26 w/ fertilization & weed control x5, lawn trimming & edging;
tree trimming & shrub pruning; spring clean-up includes edging, pruning and
mulching; fall clean-up; adjust sprinklers as needed. Added additional mowing
area on east side of Trabuewoods Blvd. because of sprinklers. This will increase
the esthetics to this entrance.
The landscapers also pick up trash that has blown into the common areas.
