• initiating process- define the project( objectives,
scope, establishing link between the project and
company goals and strategies) and formal
authorization to start the project

planning, cost planning, risk management planning ,
plan for purchase and acquisition, plan contracting;

determining what activities are included or
are not included in the project. It is an
important area of project management. The
proper definition of the scope means the
proper definition of material, financial ,
human resources

Project time management
• Project time management teaches us
how to determine the duration of
activities and how to optimize the time
in order to meet the objectives and the
requirements

delays, but a realistic approach helps
to minimize the delays and omissions.

• the planning and estimating of the cost
of project activities and resources,
budgeting and controlling
