SUMMARY
Enrollment management planning requires a
broad and deep understanding of current internal
and external environment.
Environmental scanning is the process of
gathering/analyzing information about
demographic, economic, industry/workforce,
socio-cultural, education, technology, and fiscal
factors that influence the direction and goals of
our enrollment (from recruitment to graduation).
The outcome of the ES is the SWOT analysis
From the SWOT analysis, the outcome is the
identification of critical or strategic issues.
