SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA

Italian recipe

INGREDIENTS for 2

700 oz spaghetti 3 oz bacon cubes 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 egg 1.5 oz grated parmesan cheese Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ - Saute the bacon with the oil in a large pan for 5 minutes.

- Beat the egg in a small bowl together with the parmesan cheese and some freshly ground black pepper until you obtain a dense and creamy mixture .

- Bring 3 liters of water to the boil, add 2 tablespoons of cooking salt, then boil the spaghetti for the time written on the package (usually 6-8 minutes).

- Drain the spaghetti and add them to the pan (almost cold), mix all to coat the past with the oil, then add the egg's cream and mix again.

- Serve.
