unit within the P&D Department to provide
technical support in urban issues, staffed by
professionals in the fields of urban planning,
urban transport, SWM, WSS, institutional
development, etc etc.
To Realize the Vision 2020 of the GoPb
Is working with technical assistance from the
WB, support of the Punjab Govt and close
collaboration with the LGs, in consultation
with all the stakeholders towards a common
goal of sustainable development .

and protect their own future. We want
empowered and confident cities , with higher
levels of democratic participation and citizen
engagement for Urban Development
work together with Cities to offer more choice and
quality in public services
address the issues of Transportation, Solid Waste,
Water Supply and Sanitation, and Land use
