• ARE YOU GOING TO COLLEGE?
• YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A MENINGITIS VACCINE. THE
VACCINE MUST BE UPDATED EVERY 5 YEARS.

– PLEASE HAVE YOUR PARENTS CHECK YOUR RECORDS AND/OR COME
BY THE CLINIC DURING YOUR LUNCH OR BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL.
– REMEMBER TO BRING AN UPDATED COPY TO THE NURSE’S OFFICE.
– YOUR SHOT RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED & AVAILABLE IN THE
COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR YEARS TO COME.
It is usually cheaper if you get the shot while you are under 18yo or still
enrolled in school.

• Senior Breakfast will be Thursday,
June 4th @ 9:30am at the Berry Center
– Mandatory for all graduates
– Last year they gave away @ $4,000 worth of
prizes: tablets, TVs, dorm essentials:
microwaves, sm fridges, skull candy, bikes…
