Referee Training 4/20/13 - Mt Calvary Church 8 AM
1st day for Practices (U14-U19) – Monday, April 8th

“NEW” Soccerfest Picture Day – Saturday, April 27th
1st day of Inter-Regional Games(U14-U19) - May 1st
1st day for Games(U5-U12) - May 13th
Richland AYSO Tournament – Saturday, June 15th
UK International AYSO Soccer Camp – July 15th-19th
Soccerfest / Picture Day
• Saturday, April 27th 9am – 3pm
• Team picture will be taken first
• ½ hour after pictures team will play game vs willing
parents. Game will be 2(10) minute halfs.
• Open concession stand
• All coaches receive 2 free items and drink
• There will be a free raffle give away for coaches
Concession Stand Help
• We need volunteers to signup for 1.5 hr shifts
• Please signup for multiple shifts if willing
• Will fill in any open slots by making phone
calls to people who signed up during
registration.

Field Information
• Fields in use this year
– MET Life
– UPJ Fields (below (North of) the MET Life Fields)
– U12 will use field farthest from the lower shed along
Schoolhouse Road
– U14/U19 will be use field closest to lower shed
Coaches Meeting
• Immediately after dismissal from this meeting
the coaches will meet their players and pass
out uniforms.

Canceled Games
• A certified referee is REQUIRED for U8 and UP!
– Coaches please understand
• NO ref = NO game
• Coaches - don’t take on the financial liability for any
injuries by playing without a ref!
We Have a Problem!
• ~350 children in Richland AYSO Spring
– Over 200 families
• Approximately 250 games scheduled for
Spring 2013 season
• We would like coaches to try to recruit one
person to ref per team in U8 and UP.
