• Standardized templates for Joint Annual Work Plan, Joint Monitoring
Plan, Joint Progress Reporting used by all JPs.
• Mapping of UN Agency Reporting conducted.
• 70% of the total JPCs developed Joint Progress Reports
• 100% JPs developed Joint Annual Work Plans (JAWP)
• JAWP for Operation Management Team developed with indicators
and baselines.

Process of Un-earmarked Allocations –
- a recent example
• $6 million un-earmarked received in the One Fund through the
Expanded Funding Window (EFW).
• UNCT / Joint Programme Co-chairs discussed and finalized the JP
wise distribution of funds. The JP allocations were made, keeping in
view the key national priorities at the moment.
• The allocation was discussed with the EAD to seek their consent.
• The Co-chairs and the participating agencies in consultation with the
respective line ministries put together joint proposals for the JPCwise allocation of funds.
• The joint proposals submitted by each JPC were reviewed and
endorsed by the One UN Executive Committee comprising of the
three members; Secretary EAD, UNRC, and DFID as the donor rep.
• The JP Co-chairs based on the decisions of the One UN Executive
Committee sent a formal request (signed by both Co-chairs) to the
UNRC for the release of funds accordingly.
• RC directed the Administrative Agent (UNDP) and the funds were
transferred to the participating agencies as per the agreed upon
allocations.
