1. Open your Internet browser to http://www.officemaxsolutions.com
Enter this user name and password.
Enter them exactly as you see them here:
User name is: 292158reguser511
Password is: 8pDoMu3o5
Note: This is case sensitive.
After you’ve entered them, press the “log in” arrow.
2. Register Online
Fill in the registration form completely. If you wish to receive email
order acknowledgements you must enter a valid email address.
Then click submit.
3. Create Your Own Username and Password
First, read the guidelines about the length and format of
your username and password.
Delete the system assigned username in the New
Username field and type both the user name and
password you’d like to use in the fields, record them
in a secure place and then press submit.

Note: If your username already exists for another user, you will be asked to create another. Press the
“Back” button on your browser and type a new username. If your passwords (new password and verify
password) do not match, press your browser’s “Back” button and retype your passwords.
4. Do you want to create an ordering
template to save time when you

Use the instructions titled “Selecting your Billing
and Shipping Preferences” for the next step.

This template will streamline your ordering process by saving the information you need to enter with each
order. Doing this now will save you lots of time!
Click Billing and Shipping .
In the Billing and Shipping page, click on your
account number and your shipto code. It will
highlight. Scroll down on the page.
If you would like to save your credit card in your
profile, enter the full credit card number and
expiration date. (this will be encrypted for future
use)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click
submit.
The page that appears next allows you to save
your Department information into your profile.
Saving this information one time allows this
default information to appear in your profile
automatically the next time you log in. Type in
your Department Name, Telephone #,
Building Name, and Room # in the space
provided.
Click submit at the bottom of the page.
You will receive a message stating “Your Billing
and Shipping information has been updated.”
Exit your browser completely
registration to take effect.
