+ Names can be extracted via EMU.
+ Above tools can then be used.
+ Current Group/security policies can be
applied.
+ Normal network management applies.
- No synchronisation between local and SIBE
account password.







Students log on to local computer using
Edu username and password.
+ Username and passwords are consistent
between school network and DET portal.
+ New students are created overnight.
+ All teaching staff can reset student
passwords.
- Some configuration required.
- Group policies (Win) can not be applied.
Requirements for EDU.Win to work



OASIS data must be accurate.
Appropriate data must be entered into
OASIS fields.
OASIS server must be connected to WAN.
