The Emergency Plan to Handle and Coordinate the Navigation-related Unexpected Accidents on the LancangMekong River among China, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand has been signed during the Sixteenth ASEAN Transport Ministers Meeting on November 2010 in Brunei.
