低頭族
• 在開車的過程中使用手機、平板電腦或是
其他3C產品稱之。
• 你我都知道不應該，但是你確實做到了嗎？
• 請注意，等紅燈時使用手機也會挨罰。
• 學理上，低頭族的行為就是 (開車、騎車
或走路)不專心，又稱為分心。

•第三十一條之一
–汽車駕駛人於行駛道路時，使用手持式
行動電話進行撥接或通話者，處新臺幣
三千元罰鍰。
–機車駕駛人行駛於道路時，使用手持式
行動電話進行撥接或通話者，處新臺幣
一千元罰鍰。
–前二項實施及宣導辦法，由交通部定之。

撥接、通話、數據通訊或其他有礙駕駛安全
之行為者，處新臺幣一千元罰鍰。
–前二項實施及宣導辦法，由交通部定之。
