Wake up a bit early and go for a morning walk.
Follow the Golden Rule - Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and
Dinner like a Pauper. Keep your dinner very light, avoid cheese, butter, curd
or any other fat products.
Avoid Heat Exhaustion by consuming lot of water and eating more fruits and
vegetables.
Breathe in and breathe out deeply.
Do simple stretching exercises whenever you get time.
Get sufficient sleep. Fatigue promotes eyestrain.
